Together with the project partners, DI Gottfried Steiner’s IB STEINER provides for a detailed assessment, preliminary development and implementation of many different projects. Phase 1

Upon positive completion of an analysis of potentials, technical practicability will be elaborated and presented in a feasibility study. Besides the fundamental review of the project, which is made by IB STEINER, this study includes the following elements:

estimating the period of implementation
estimating the project costs
concept study
clarifying license rights

Phase 2

After a successful preliminary development of an component geometry, the licensing procedure will be initiated.

In this respect, a standard license or a license involving exclusiveness can be applied for "Freedom to Operate".

Phase 3

Now it is a matter of optimizing component geometry and simulating the process. A moulding concept will be drawn up. This concept will be judged and optimized from many different perspectives in order to minimize the investment needs and maximize productivity.

Preparation for serial production

Final Phase

Mould making designs an EXJECTION mould, which will be sampled and optimized. Series implementation will be initiated, and the required infrastructure will be established at the site. This is to help to ensure that EXJECTION machines are so versatile that they can be used for all kinds of applications in future profitably.
